Q: Whats the scale of your factory?
A: Our factory occupies a total area of 120000 square meters with over 1000 staff, including 20 professional salesperson and 10 designers.
Q: What are your main products?
A: Including cold plunge, ice bathtubs, water chiller, infrared sauna, traditional sauna, outdoor sauna, sauna accessories, mini appliances.
A: Yes. We have kinds of colors for different materials such as Acrylic, rattan, aluminum, wood.
Q: Can I change the size of product?
A: We have standard size for all products. But we can also make the different sizes to meet your exact requirements.
Q: What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ is 1*20GP and 5pcs / Color / Model, but you can mix different items to fulfill containers.
Q: Can I buy some samples before the orders?
A: Yes, sample service are available.
A: 30% deposit in advance + 70% balance before loading the container, by T/T.
Q: How long is the Production Lead Time?
A: 25-35 days after receiving your 30% deposit by T/T.
