Temperature switches have the characteristics of small size, insulated housing, sensitive action, and long service life. Widely used for dual protection against overheating and overcurrent of various motors, induction cookers, vacuum cleaners, coils, transformers, electric heaters, ballasts, electric heating appliances, fluorescent lamp ballasts, automotive motors, integrated circuits, and general electrical equipment.
Matters needing attention:
- When using contact temperature sensing installation, the product should be placed close to the mounting surface of the controlled appliance.
- Do not collapse or deform the plastic or metal housing during installation to avoid affecting performance.
- If the metal shell product has an insulated jacket, it is not allowed to remove or crush the insulated jacket during installation to avoid causing electrical leakage and ensure safe use.
- When the product is used in circuits with a current not greater than 5A, a copper core conductor with a cross-section of 0.4-0.75 mm2 should be selected to connect it.
- The product should be stored in a ventilated, clean, dry, and non corrosive gas free place with a relative humidity of less than 90% and an ambient temperature below 40 ℃.
BW9700 series products are temperature switches that use bimetallic sheets as temperature sensing elements. When the electrical appliance works normally, the bimetallic sheets are in a free state and the contacts are in a closed state. When the temperature reaches the operating temperature, the bimetallic sheets generate internal stress and quickly act to open the contacts and cut off the circuit, thereby playing a temperature control role. When the electrical appliance cools to the set temperature, the contacts automatically close and return to normal operation. It is widely used in household water dispensers, electric boiling bottles, disinfection cabinets, microwave ovens, electric coffee pots, electric cookers, air conditioners, gluing machines, and other electric appliances.
